Burton Albion is delighted to announce that Alpha Construction Ltd will continue its partnership with the Club for a second season, with an enhanced agreement for the 2026/27 campaign. The continued partnership will see Alpha Construction maintain a prominent presence at the Pirelli Stadium, with stadium advertising boards showcasing the company’s branding to Burton Albion supporters throughout the season. As part of the enhanced agreement, Alpha Construction will also become the player sponsor of First Team midfielder Finn Delap for the 2026/27 season, creating a further connection between the Derbyshire-based business and the Brewers’ First Team. Founded in 1982 and based in Derbyshire, Alpha Construction Ltd is one of the UK’s respected civil engineering and construction specialists. With more than 40 years of experience, the company works across a range of sectors including energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and industrial facilities. Alpha Construction has built its reputation around transparency, collaboration and innovation, while also placing a strong emphasis on social value and its connections with the communities in which it operates. The enhanced partnership builds on the relationship established last season and reflects the shared values between Alpha Construction and Burton Albion, with both organisations committed to making a positive impact across the region. Alpha Construction is also investing in its own future, with plans progressing for the redevelopment of its head office in Hilton, Derbyshire. The proposed new headquarters (pictured above) will provide a modern, purpose-built working environment designed to support the company’s continued growth, bring its team together and provide the capacity and facilities needed for the next stage of Alpha’s development. The investment reflects the company’s long-term commitment to the region and its ambition to continue sustainable growth. Tony Bamford, Managing Director of Alpha Construction, said: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with Burton Albion for the 2026/27 season. "For us, the relationship is about much more than brand visibility. Burton Albion is an important part of the local community and shares many of the values that we promote within Alpha Construction, particularly around teamwork, commitment and making a positive contribution to the communities in which we work. "We have really enjoyed developing our relationship with the Club and Burton Albion Community Trust over the past year, and we are particularly keen to build on the community and social value opportunities that the partnership creates. "As a local business with a national reach, we are also looking forward to strengthening relationships with other businesses connected with the Club and playing our part in what is clearly an exciting period in Burton Albion’s continued development." Jordan Worthington, Head of Sales at Burton Albion, said: “We’re delighted that Alpha Construction will continue its partnership with Burton Albion for a second season, with this enhanced agreement strengthening the relationship between the two organisations. “Alpha Construction’s strong regional roots, industry expertise and commitment to social value make them a fantastic fit for Burton Albion, and we look forward to continuing to build on the partnership throughout the 2026/27 season.” Alpha Construction’s long-standing experience, regional presence and commitment to delivering positive social value make them a valued member of Burton Albion’s growing commercial family.
