This marks two decades straight that the franchise has claimed the number one position. The Los Angeles Rams grabbed second place at $13.5 billion. The New York Giants took third with a $12 billion price tag, and the New England Patriots finished fourth at $10.6 billion. The Jets came in seventh at just over $10 billion. CNBC published different numbers, listing Dallas at $16 billion and the Rams at $14.5 billion. Methods varied between the two sources, but the top teams remained identical. Giants' worth jumped 19% from $10.1 billion a year ago. Their price has almost doubled since 2024, when they stood at $6.25 billion. Big Blue pulls in $769 million each year, with $181 million coming as operating income. Co-owner John Mara battles cancer while his partner Steve Tisch and his family moved their ownership into a trust designated for their kids. Dallas raked in close to $1.28 billion last season. That topped Real Madrid's $1.27 billion haul from 2024-25 — the biggest number Forbes has recorded for any sports organization. Cowboys also posted $677 million in operating income, which put them $342 million ahead of the next-closest NFL team. "Despite a Super Bowl drought that stretches back to Jan. 1996, Jerry Jones' Cowboys generated nearly $1.28 billion in revenue last season, according to Forbes estimates," Forbes noted, per the Bleacher Report . CNBC senior sports reporter Michael Ozanian broke down why the Rams outpace the Chargers, despite sharing SoFi Stadium. "The Rams are similar to the Cowboys in a sense that they control the economics of their stadium," Ozanian told NBCU Local, per NBCDFW. "The Chargers, who also play in that stadium, are tenants." NFL teams average $9.5 billion now, up 34% from $7.1 billion in 2025. That's more than twice what it was back in 2022 at $4.5 billion. The Cincinnati Bengals ranked last at $8 billion. The New Orleans Saints came in just above them at $8.02 billion, with the Detroit Lions at $8.04 billion. Seattle sold for $9.6 billion to billionaire Vinod Khosla this year, proving prices keep climbing leaguewide. Share this story New York Giants New York Jets NFL J.
