Haverfordwest County AFC are delighted to confirm that we will be continuing our partnership with Pure West Radio for the 2026-27 season. This welcome news will see the football club continue to work alongside the Pembrokeshire-based radio station, helping to promote the club, our matches and community initiatives across the county and beyond. Throughout the last three seasons, Pure West Radio have been an important part of the matchday experience at the Dynamite Bridge Meadow, providing entertainment for supporters and ensuring a lively atmosphere. Members of staff at the club have regularly featured across Pure West Radio’s social media platforms – which enjoys a reach well into the millions – allowing them to discuss their roles in depth and ensure we are communicating with our supporters on a frequent basis. Pure West Radio have been with us for some of our most memorable moments in recent times, including the opening of the new 3G playing surface at the Dynamite Bridge Meadow in January 2025, our European play-off final victory over Caernarfon Town in May 2025 and our UEFA Conference League first qualifying round second leg with Floriana at Parc y Scarlets in July 2025. As the club continues to build on our successes both on and off the pitch, the partnership will provide further opportunities to showcase the work taking place across the club, from the first team and academy to our community initiatives and our charitable arm, Bluebirds Foundation. Toby Ellis, Station Manager at Pure West Radio, said: “We’re delighted to continue our partnership with Haverfordwest County heading into the new season. “They create great moments on the pitch, while we help provide moments off it through our matchday entertainment and insight on the Pure West Sports Show. “We’ve been there for so many memorable moments over the past three years, and we can’t wait to be there for many more this season.” Alaric Jones, Partnerships Manager at Haverfordwest County AFC, said: “We are of course delighted to be continuing our partnership with Pure West Radio – a matchday at the Meadow is not the same without them! “The work they do around Pembrokeshire is fantastic, and they are certainly the type of business and people we want to be associated with.” Pure West Radio is available on DAB, and also via Smart Speaker and the Pure West Radio app. To find out more about Pure West Radio, you can follow this link to visit their website.
