ADVERTISEMENT IBC 2026: Zixi to Showcase Live Video Platform and Broadcaster v19 Posted on: August 27, 2026 • 2 minute read ADVERTISEMENT Zixi will exhibit at IBC2026 (Hall 5, Stand 5.A76, RAI Amsterdam, September 11–14), demonstrating the Zixi Platform and the latest release of Zixi Broadcaster, v19. Broadcaster v19 targets network reliability and signal path complexity. The wider Zixi Platform includes patented hitless failover, multi-path redundancy, recovery from up to 40% packet loss, multi-protocol and multi-cloud interoperability, stream-level processing with ESNI/ESAM support, and workflow observability through ZEN Master. Zixi says customers have reported up to three times lower compute and bandwidth costs compared to legacy approaches. “Every conversation at IBC this year comes back to the same question. How do you keep live video reliable when the network won’t cooperate,” says Marc Aldrich, CEO, Zixi . “Broadcaster v19 and the wider Zixi Platform gives broadcasters a direct answer. Fewer points of failure, automatic recovery when conditions degrade even in the last mile, and a clear, proven path off satellite and onto IP without adding risk to live operations.” Zixi will participate in two sessions on the IBC Content Everywhere Stage. On Saturday, September 12, Jonathan Low of Zixi joins panelists from Backscreen and DeviceAtlas for “Closing the Gap: Why Ad Tech and Broadcast Distribution Must Converge” (Stage 2, 10:15–11:00 a.m.). On Sunday, September 13, Low presents “From Satellite to IP at Scale: A Proven Path for Global Broadcasters” with Paul Finster of Amagi (Stage 2, 4:30–4:50 p.m.). Zixi will also be featured on the NETINT stand (Hall 1, Stand 1.D49). Zixi is sponsoring the Bitmovin Innovators Network event on September 10 at the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam and the Hive Group breakfast event “Where Does the Signal Go Next?” during IBC, where Alan Young of Zixi will join a panel on broadcast distribution alternatives.
