The Black Cats have raised their price more than any other current top-flight club. The current campaign will soon come to an end. Regis Le Bris's Black Cats have adapted well to life in the Premier League , whilst Eddie Howe's Magpies look set for a bottom-half finish. But both clubs have opted to increase their season ticket prices for next season. Newcastle have upped theirs by a general five per cent , with the cheapest adult 19-game season ticket costing £730. This is the sixth highest in the league. Sunderland, having only been promoted last year , sit 13th on this table with their cheapest option setting fans back £550. But this is quite a rise from the 2025/26 season and at around 12 per cent, they lead the division in this regard. The Chronicle takes a look at how the two clubs compare to the rest of the Premier League. FOLLOW ON FACEBOOK! The top three are all London clubs, with Chelsea in second place at £880 and Tottenham in third at £856. Aston Villa have also yet to confirm next season's figures, though the temporary closure of their North Stand means their cheapest season ticket could be £804. Back in March, Manchester United revealed, following consultation with their Fans' Advisory Board, that season ticket prices would rise by five per cent, with the cheapest available ticket increasing from £608 to £646. Manchester City's equivalent will cost fans just £425. This represents the second-cheapest season ticket in the division, with only West Ham, whose top-flight status remains uncertain, offering a cheaper option at £345. It is also worth noting that this is only their 2025/26 price, which could be subject to change for the following season. United sit eighth on the current list, which incorporates 2025/26 prices for clubs such as the Hammers, who are yet to confirm their ticket pricing ahead of the 2026/27 campaign. Rivals Everton have made a similar move, with the cheapest ticket at their new Hill Dickinson Stadium set at £640, a five per cent increase. Though this still pales in comparison to the 12 per cent hike set to be implemented by Sunderland, which is the largest out of all current Premier League clubs. Coventry City will compete in the top flight next season and introduced a loyalty package during their promotion campaign, meaning their cheapest season ticket will cost £500, placing them 16th. Alongside Spurs and City, both Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace have frozen their prices for 2026/27 thus far.
