Following a new initiative put in place for the 2026/27 season, Season Ticket holders are now able to redeem their available credit back into their bank accounts. As previously communicated, following supporter feedback, we have expanded our online ticket management tools for the 2026/27 season, giving supporters more flexibility and control over their tickets without needing to visit the Ticket Office. One of these tools, which was already in place, was the Ticket Exchange. If you cannot attend a fixture and do not have anyone to pass your ticket to, you can list your seat on the Ticket Exchange. If your seat is then purchased by another supporter, you will receive a refund equivalent to 1/23rd of your Season Ticket value. For the 2026/27 season, credit from Ticket Exchange sales can be returned as cash straight back onto the Season Ticket holder's card details by selecting the ‘Account Cashback’ option under Account Management on the online eTicketing site. This is a change from previous seasons, where Ticket Exchange credits were applied to supporter accounts and could only be used towards future Season Ticket purchases. Season Ticket holders should be aware that this option is still available if they wish to store their credit for their renewal window. Important Information Key details about the cashback scheme.
