Turner finished two new ultra-premium hospitality venues at Reliant Stadium for the Houston Texans — the BMW Lone Star Ballroom and the speakeasy-themed BMW M Club Blue — offering VIP field access, a team-memorabilia "museum of moments," and all-inclusive food and bar services. The build was completed while the stadium stayed operational, forcing Turner to manage major scope and procurement changes and to coordinate around events like the Rodeo and FIFA matches to accelerate delivery for game-day use.
