USA Sports and Bundesliga Announce Exclusive Multi-Year U.S. Media Rights Agreement

ADVERTISEMENT NFL Signs Multi-Year Sports Betting Deals with DraftKings, FanDuel, and Fanatics Posted on: September 1, 2026 • 3 minute read ADVERTISEMENT The NFL has reached multi-year commercial agreements with DraftKings, FanDuel, and Fanatics Betting and Gaming ahead of the 2026 season. DraftKings and FanDuel have been league partners in the sports betting category since 2021. The Fanatics deal expands an existing relationship that includes collectibles and official merchandise; Fanatics will also become an Official Online Casino Marketing Partner of the NFL. DraftKings will continue as the Official Daily Fantasy Sports Partner of the NFL, a partnership that began in 2019. Under the agreements, all three partners can use NFL marks within the sports betting category, promote online and retail sports betting, have presence at NFL events including the Super Bowl and NFL Draft, and access real-time play-by-play statistics, Next Gen Stats, and BetVision through Genius Sports, the league’s exclusive data distribution partner. All three partners agreed to adhere to the NFL’s game integrity policies, including prohibiting wagers tied to officiating, injuries, and bets that can be knowable in advance or manipulated by a single person. “We are thrilled to have three world-class partners in the sports betting category,” says Renie Anderson, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, NFL . “DraftKings, FanDuel and Fanatics share our vision for innovation and fan engagement, but most importantly, our commitment to protecting the integrity of the game. We look forward to navigating this next chapter in sports betting together.” “Nothing compares to football season for DraftKings and our millions of customers,” says Stephanie Sherman, Chief Marketing Officer, DraftKings . “Working with the NFL allows us to put the DraftKings brand alongside the biggest games of the season, from Kickoff through the Super Bowl. That presence is especially meaningful for DraftKings as the #1 sportsbook for live betting, giving fans more ways to engage with every drive, play and moment as it happens. We’re excited to continue bringing that experience to football fans across the country.” “For the last five years, the NFL has been an important partner in helping build a legal and regulated sports betting industry that puts fans and the integrity of the game at the center,” says Christian Genetski, President, FanDuel . “We’re proud of what we’ve built together and look forward to continuing to find new ways for fans to engage with the games they love.” “We are thrilled to expand Fanatics’ partnership with the NFL to include Fanatics Sportsbook and Fanatics Casino, bringing fans even closer to the game they love,” says Matt King, Chief Executive Officer, Fanatics Betting and Gaming . “This deal underscores our vision for Fanatics as a true digital sports platform—a single destination where fans can bet, play and engage with the NFL all in one place, making the experience of being a fan better than ever.” The NFL’s integrity program includes collaboration with betting partners, monitoring for suspicious activity through Genius Sports, and dedicated Integrity Representatives — typically retired FBI agents or senior law enforcement officers — assigned to each club. The NFL was the first professional sports league to launch a responsible betting campaign, debuting in 2021 with the National Council on Problem Gambling. The league has provided two grants to NCPG totaling $12.6 million to fund education, prevention, and support programs.
